I am Jennifer L. Ozer of the Ozer Law Firm, a small criminal defense practice focused on the individual needs and goals of each client. After moving to Savannah in 2010 I worked as an associate attorney at a larger criminal defense firm where I gained invaluable knowledge and experience both in and out of the courtroom with my primary focus being DUI defense.  In 2015 I opened my own firm with the desire to work closely with my clients and build personal relationships in order to provide them the best possible defense in each of their cases. I truly care about the outcome of my client’s cases and am dedicated to protecting your rights, your freedom and getting you get through this difficult time.

From a personal experience if you want a tough defensive lawyer in the court room ready to fight for you yet down to earth enough to show genuine care for your case seek no more. The BEST!!
I will start by saying from BEGINNING TO END, Ms. Jennifer Ozer was the perfect lawyer for me. I had made different calls to other lawyers in the GA area, and it seem like none cared for my case, UNTIL I called Ms. Ozer. Best Lawyer out there!!
Jennifer Ozer by far the best Lawyer out there! She was very responsive, professional, and did not take no for an answer!! She was able to get my Felony and misdemeanor charges reduced to only probation and some fines!! I couldn’t be happier with my outcome and would definitely recommend her to anyone in legal trouble!!

Amazing !!
The Ozer Law Firm is amazing. Jennifer Ozer made me feel so comfortable, she's extremely knowledgeable. I was looking at my first DUI and did not see myself getting any leeway. She was able to get me down to a reckless driving charge as well as minimal fees and community service with my license reinstated immediately. I would highly recommend Jennifer Ozer.

Best Lawyer!!!
I knew Jennifer was the perfect lawyer for me when I first spoke with her during a consultation. She was caring, answered all of my questions, and she was empathetic towards my situation without judgement. Throughout the entire process she was extremely quick to respond, something I held in very high regard due to the stress of the unknown being a first time offender. She was able to reduce a DUI charge into a reckless driving without probation which was a better outcome than I even expected! She really goes above and beyond and I would recommend her to anyone needing a criminal defense lawyer in the area. 10/10!!!

A stressed out parent
Jennifer is an amazing attorney. My minor was charged with two misdemeanors and she got them both dismissed. As a very nervous parent, she calmed me and was very available. She was excellent Communicating with me and keeping me informed.... Hope to never need legal services again but would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Made my worries go away
I’m from out of state so I was really concerned about handling my legal issues. I contacted many lawyers before I hired Jennifer and they all basically came off as robotic. Jennifer was different she listened to my issues and instantly gave me reassuring quality advice. I would use her in the future for any legal matters in Georgia. My worro went away after I hired the Ozer law firm.

Jennifer did a very good job with my case... She was able to get my DUI dropped to a lesser charge even with my not so good criminal background... She was also able to get everything done the day of court even though the judge really wanted to push it back... I think she's a great choice atleast my experience was...

I needed an Atty in Savannah and Ms Ozer was recommended to me from another Atty. She is a great Atty and is not afraid to take on the big boys in Savannah who believe they are above the law because of political and personal affiliation. Before hiring Jennifer I did my research on several attorneys before choosing the Ozer law firm to defend my case! First Impression extremely professional, understanding and knowledgable of the offense! Throughout the entirety of the case I always felt in the loop. It was never difficult to get a response from Jennifer, it was almost immediate every time! For all questions and concerns about the case! I was satisfied of the outcome for the case was dropped to an even lower offense than excepted, Failure to Exercise Due Care!
