I had 2 D.U.I. charges 2 months apart in 2009. Mr Byrne was able to get both dropped to wreckless driving and also had a felony charge later in 2010 which he got me the best deal and now the felony is off my record with 1st offender..He is one of the best I have ever had. He went above and beyond all expectations on all of my cases. I strongly recommend James Byrne if you want an attorney who knows the law and will fight for you in court.

Mr. Byrne handled my DUI case from start to finish with the utmost professionalism and managed to have my charges reduced to reckless driving. It was a long process, but Mr. Byrne always patiently answered my questions and kept me well informed about the progress of my case. If you are looking for a solid, experienced DUI lawyer with a great reputation and can afford a reasonable fee, do yourself a favor and call James.

Mr. Byrne has done more for my case than I had expected would be done. He was honest and forthright with the outlook during my consultation. He offered me guidance when he did not have to and did so without expectation of being hired as my attorney. I trust him with my case and recommend him to anyone facing a similar situation.
