Biography
Founding Partner, Charles “Bo” Bowen is a business attorney who focuses on commercial and entertainment law. Upon graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 1995, he moved to Savannah and established a corporate law practice with some of the area’s top firms. Dissatisfied with the inefficiencies and lack of client-transparency big law offered, Bowen set out to re-invent the modern law firm with The Bowen Law Group: a firm where intellect trumps size and where clients’ needs are personally serviced by skilled attorneys.
Bowen is known as the Entertainment Lawyer; and for good reason. Bowen’s growing list of Entertainment clients include projects produced by Disney, Hulu, and the Hallmark Channel, to name a few. In addition to his legal contributions to the film and television industry, Bowen found the Savannah Film Alliance in 2015 to foster cooperation and collaboration within the local entertainment industry and Southern Gateway Production Services, to provide support to all out of town productions coming to the region.
