Mr. James byrne is the best thing to ever happen in my life. He was my court appointed lawyer through the federal government. I was actually completely innocent of all my charges from the start although thats not how the system work (guilty until proven innocent ) i needed a bond on my state felony ...

IF U R NOT GUILTY DO NOT USE JAMES BYRNE!!!
I used James in a previous case and I knew I was not guilty. He took it to trial (with my persistance) but kept trying to get me to take deals. He was representing me in another misdemeanor case and without my consent has passed it to higher courts! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM IF YOU DO NOT THINK YOU A...
This client was an indigent appointment by the County to me and charged with Reckless Driving. The State offered to dismiss the charge if she would perform some community service. She refused and insisted on going to trial. I ended up getting her acquitted. It was a needless waste of time and resources-but she got her day in court. Three years later-appointed to her again-she was charged with Obstructing a Police Officer. In the lower court-they offered to let her pay a small fine and would reduce the charge to a City Ordinance violation. She refused and the case was transferred as a matter of law to the State Court of Chatham County-where she could get her jury trial. Some people think it is easier to blame anyone but themselves for their predicament. If you are like this person, then I would advise you to look elsewhere for legal representation.

Great lawyer to use
Mr. James Bryne is a great lawyer to use. He listens and makes one feel comfortable with whatever situation is at hand. I would recommend him highly. He works hard and gives you trustworthy advice. If I ever need a lawyer, I would use him again.
"If you are faced with a criminal charge, you should be calling James Byrne. He is one of the top criminal defense attorneys in the area. He is incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and is a lion of the trial bar here. His reputation is one of the best around, both with fellow private practice lawyers and the prosecution. If Mr. Byrne represents you, you are in great hands."
"James is an excellent attorney. He is knowledgeable and extremely dedicated to his clients. His record of results and compassion speak for themselves."
"Mr Byrne and I "came up together" as lawyers. We were friends from the first day of law school. More than with anyone, James "went through the fire" with me. James was my partner on a matter that was absolutely critical to my successful completion of law school. Since I obviously made it through, James' help was everything I needed (and more). While everything he did during that stressful period was great, I am still most impressed with James Byrne's ability to inspire confidence in me that he and I were doing all that we could do, that our position was strong and that we would prevail. Many nights I would sit in the dark wondering how I'd find the strength to continue the fight and a quick call to James would allow me to sleep. BUT, MOST IMPORTANTLY, we prevailed and it was all because of James Byrne: his confidence, his organization, his skill as an advocate all contributed to our success. I owe my whole career to James Byrne -- I know many of his clients owe their lives."
"James is one of the top criminal and civil litigation lawyers in the Savannah legal community. He's an esteemed collegue of my father, Michael Schiavone, and a valued family friend as well."
"James possesses an impeccable knowlege of the law, and has truly mastered the art of trying a criminal case to a jury. He is a tireless, compassionate and zealous advocate for his clients. I would highly recommend him to anyone."
"James Byrne is one of the best criminal defense lawyers I have ever seen. I would recommend his services to anyone."
"James has always been an extremely thorough lawyer. He works files from beginning to end, not just giving up after the fee is paid! Additionally, it was clear that he has cultivated important professional relationships with prosecutors and court personnel which is ever so important in criminal defense work. In addition, James is an extremely approachable and respectful lawyer, and is prompt and available to discuss legal issues in any case."
"James Bryne is hard working and he provides both compassion and aggressive representation for his clients. He will stand up to witnesses, the prosecutor, and even the Court for his clients. He is an excellent attorney. I lend him my personal and professional endorsement. Howard Spiva Attorney"
