Biography
John Hadden is an Atlanta trial lawyer handling cases across Georgia in state and federal court. He has recovered millons of dollars in compensation for his injured clients through settlements and verdicts. His practice focuses on serious personal injury matters involving tractor-trailer collisions, automobile wrecks, and fall and negligent security matters. He also regularly practices before the state and federal appellate courts.
John is a leader in the Georgia legal community, speaking at numerous seminars and serving as author of three respected books on Georgia law relied upon by judges and lawyers: Green's Georgia Law of Evidence, Georgia Law of Torts - Trial Preparation and Practice (co-author with Ken Shigley), and the Georgia Magistrate Court Handbook, all published by Thomson Reuters Westlaw. He has also served in a number of leadership roles within the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
A founding partner in Turkheimer & Hadden, John Hadden began his practice representing seriously injured parties after receiving extensive experience representing insurance companies and corporate defendants while at a prominent Atlanta law firm. He is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Georgia Network to End Sexual Assault.

Pretty Damn good!
John's knowledge of insurance companies is exceptional. John worked along side another attorney so in fact he can be an excellent team player as well. I have another case, and John's the first name to come to mind.

Understanding why I would hire him again and again.
He's the type attorney that put his all into your case. He dosen't make promises just to get your business. I've dealt with many lawyers and I have to say he's the best.
