About me

A founding partner in Turkheimer & Hadden, John Hadden began his practice representing seriously injured parties after receiving extensive experience representing insurance companies and corporate defendants while at a prominent Atlanta law firm. John is the author, along with 2011-2012 State Bar of Georgia president Kenneth Shigley, of Georgia Law of Torts - Trial Preparation and Practice, published by West, a Thomson Reuters business. He is also a frequent continuing legal education seminar speaker and contributor to various Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and American Association for Justice publications.

Our Firm handles serious litigation matters in cases involving personal injuries, wrongful death, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, workers compensation, and business/commercial disputes. Our practice includes cases in both state and federal courts, at the trial level and at the Courts of Appeal and Supreme Courts.

John is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, American Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyer's Association, Atlanta Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and Lawyer-Pilot's Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia courts (including the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court), the United Stated District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. He is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution

  • Aaron P. Marks

John Hadden has one of the keenest legal minds in Georgia. I fully expect Mr. Hadden, if he so desires, to serve in the judiciary at some point in his career. I am in close contact with Mr. Hadden when I have procedural or case law questions, and he is quick with answers. I highly endorse this lawyer.

  • Andrew E. Goldner

John is, quite simply, a lawyer's lawyer. When attorneys in the community have questions about complex cases, they turn to John for his knowledge and ability. I would not hesitate to hire John for injury matters and business disputes.
