One call away from justice...

This personal injury lawsuit was the hardest thing I'd ever been through in my life. Thanks to Thomas Burnside i not only made it through, but he got me the justice i deserved! I highly recommend Mr. Burnside III.... He's a very reasonable & dedicated lawyer

I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Thomas Burnside III. He made sure I understood everything that was going on in my case & helped me make the right choice when it came to my settlement. My injury left me with large scars that will never go away and he was very sympathetic and understanding about how that's going to affect me now and in the future. He kept me informed about what was going on in my case and he worked diligently to make sure I was compensated for everything I went through, including loss of wages and medical expenses.. He was thorough and he worked fast so I didn't get behind with my bills while I was out of work. He truly is an awesome lawyer & I am so thankful for everything he did for me. Fantastic Lawyer!!

A Fair Shake

Most other lawyers turned me down because I was in an accident with very little personal injury. Dealing with the insurance company was unpleasant and not something I particularly wanted to do. Thomas took on my case knowing that there would be little payout, but did the best for both of us. He increased my payout by 25% over what I could get out of the insurance, which was slightly better than I had hoped, due to the nature of my case. Even with the small nature of my case Thomas treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable about the process. He worked through everything and was able to get us a settlement in a reasonable amount of time. Although his main office is out of Augusta, Thomas made sure that we could meet here in Athens and has a small extension office here now as well.
