Most other lawyers turned me down because I was in an accident with very little personal injury. Dealing with the insurance company was unpleasant and not something I particularly wanted to do. Thomas took on my case knowing that there would be little payout, but did the best for both of us. He in...creased my payout by 25% over what I could get out of the insurance, which was slightly better than I had hoped, due to the nature of my case. Even with the small nature of my case Thomas treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable about the process.
