a fighter on your side for the right reasons

I would like to tell you about my experience with the Roth Law Firm, specifically with Chris Annunziata, my lawyer. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I say this with all sincerity, knowing I am not the easiest person with which to work. I have nothing but respect for Mr. Annunziata: his kindnes...s and caring, not to mention his adeptness with allowing me to make my own choices but not at the expense of long-term goals. My car was totaled over 4 years ago and ultimately, I required surgery to repair damage sustained. I knew this was going to be a headache on more than one front. Not hiring an attorney was never a consideration as I wanted someone to advise me at along the way and to fight for me, and my being made whole, or at least as close as possible to it. Those days immediately following the accident still seem so real. Besides dealing with a totaled car which is huge, I was actually more upset with my bike rack being damaged beyond repair. A small detail but one that did not go unnoticed by Mr. Annunziata. It was replaced early on, even with riding off the table at that particular point. This made me happy. Mr. Annunziata and his team were there to help me weigh options and provide the necessary information to allow me to make informed decisions at each and every juncture. We didn’t always agree but with the respect I knew was there, I was comfortable making decisions I felt were in my best interest, even if they differed from his recommendation(s). Time was taken to educate this neophyte on the different phases of the case as it progressed, what to expect and would be required of me. Stephanie Wondergem, his paralegal, did a most excellent job on this front as she did on all others. Mr. Annunziata brought me in for a practice deposition and to a lesser extent trial preparation. What an eye opener that was in terms of work I needed to do. Covid threw a curve ball and we were ordered to mediation with a tight deadline once it became clear courts would not be reopening soon. Mr. Annunziata leapt into action and Ms. Wondergem helped me figure out Zoom ahead of our meeting to discuss specifics of mediation. They are the Dream Team without a doubt. I thought we were heading to trial as mediation wore on. Ultimately, I chose to settle and appreciate the support and validation in doing so. I am pleased with the outcome and being able to put the matter to rest at long last. Mr. Annunziata’s insight was greatly appreciated and never once did I feel pressured to choose a particular course of action or to accept an offer made by the other side. In closing, you cannot find a better person (or firm) to have in your corner. You will not be a number to them but an individual who matters.
