Jessica Reece Fagan

Jessica Reece Fagan is a family law attorney. She is the CEO and Founding Partner at Fagan Law Group, LLC, a private, boutique family law practice located in Atlanta, Georgia. A natural extrovert, Jessica thrives in assisting clients and their families. She specializes in handling cases such as divorces, high asset negotiation and litigation, complex custody and child support disputes, family planning including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and related matters.

In addition to practicing family law full time, Jessica is highly involved in lawyer-related groups. She is active in the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. Jessica is also on the Leadership Council for the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, a member of Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, a Next30 Member of the Southern Environmental Law Center and a graduate of the YLD Leadership Academy Class of 2014. She is also the former editor of the DeKalb Bar Association newsletter, which won best newsletter during her tenure.

Jessica loves her city and is heavily involved in her community. She is an active supporter of several local community non-profits, including Georgia Organics. She is also the former Board President of Generation Green and a former Board Member of the Wylde Center.

A former newspaper journalist, Jessica regularly authors articles, web blogs, newsletter features, white papers/position papers, speeches, presentations, press releases, and media pitch materials.
