Jason Adam Saltzman

Jason Saltzman is a dedicated personal injury attorney who pairs more than a decade of experience with a clear, client-focused approach to representing injured people. Licensed in Georgia since 2012, he is also admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Geogia Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

As a young man, Jason Saltzman could not have asked for a better mentor. He grew up watching his father tirelessly work to help people rebuild their lives after a traumatic injury, and the mentoring paid off. Jason developed his own passion for representing injured people when he began working at Montlick in 2007, serving as a legal assistant during his summers home from the University of Pittsburgh. After earning his B.A. there, he went on to earn his J.D. from Tulane University Law School before returning to Montlick as an attorney in 2012.

His colleagues describe him as both professional and approachable, a tenacious advocate with a very kind heart. Clients appreciate his ability to take complicated legal issues and explain them in clear, understandable terms, keeping them informed at each stage of the case. His work has also earned recognition from national organizations and his peers. Jason was named a Georgia Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and has been recognized by The National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer in Georgia. He is also a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

Jason’s commitment to the law extends beyond his individual casework. He has participated in the Fulton County Superior Court Annual Law Day and has volunteered to educate teenagers and parents about safe driving through Montlick’s Safe Teen Driver Academy. Those efforts reflect his interest not only in representing injured people, but also in helping members of the community better understand the law and make safer decisions.

Jason lives in Marietta, the community where he grew up, with his wife, their three children, and their two dogs, Jerry and Johnny. Outside the office, he enjoys barbecuing, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family. He has long connected with the words often attributed to Mahatma Gandhi, “You must be the change you want to see in the world,” a philosophy that continues to influence the way he approaches his work and community.
