Jekyll and Hyde

I connected with David 12/3/2021 via the Atlanta Bar Association. I explained to him my delicate issue and he was compassionate and willing to help although he said I needed to locate the party I intended to sue myself before he could help me. David recommended a service but they did not respond to m...y emails or calls. I tried some other locating services and finally reconnected with David via email. I spoke with David today 2/3/2022 and he was so nasty and rude and asked how could he remember me after so long. "Do you remember where you had dinner three months ago?" A total 180 from who he was in December when he offered condolences after I explained what had happened, my surgery, and everything I had already tried from a legal standpoint. He said I was rude (how and why would I be rude to the attorney who said they would help me??) and was trying to get FREE advice-- I did not ask for ANY advice and when I spoke to him in December I paid for the consultation through the bar association. He further chastised me by asking how many attorneys I had spoken with intending to say he's the only one willing to help me. Why patronize a potential client? I wish I could give this man negative stars. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. He is not the lawyer you need when you're in need.

I am sorry you feel this way. I let you know I had worries about whether you had a claim, and gave you plenty of free advice, but made it clear I was not sure if you had a valid claim or not. I pride myself on my clients who have almost always told me I am the utmost professional and handled their claims/cases in the best manner possible, and prior clients have told me that time and time again. I am not aware of how the Atlanta Bar Association bills referrals, although I know I pay for the privilege of getting referrals, so I cannot speak to that. I also cannot speak to regarding the company I referred you to in order to get valid service on the potentially offending party except to say I have never had an issue with them in the numerous times I have used them in the past without fail. I wish you the absolute best of luck, and hope that you can find an attorney that can potentially help you!

Consultation about a motor vehicle accident

I was in a motor vehicle accident where I was rear ended by a pick up truck. I always try to give my clients the attention they deserve, and given that I had several other pressing matters at the time, I let him know my concerns and that I could take a look at the file when I had adequate time to make a well thought out determination on if this was a matter was something where I could receive a positive outcome. I am sorry you were disappointed in the time frame, and I wish you nothing but the best for you and your case. I'm happy to answer any questions via telephone call.

Workers comp
