Did green card processing through this attorney. When leaving the company, he gave suggestion to employer not to give I140 copy even though he knew that I would require I140 copy. It is obvious that he did it intentionally to create problem to the employee.
Praveen Kumar Reddy Biyanni (kindly do not continuously update your review as this is not a channel for back and forth communication). I am sorry you feel this way. After reading your review we got in touch with our client (your employer) and they informed us that want to force/bully our client (your employer) into submission. We were told that your goal is to obtain certain privileged documents/information and to do so you are willing to go to any extremes. Additionally, you are not being honest and truthful with your review so we would like to bring few issues to your attention. Your employer (our client) informed us that you were fired for performance issue but more importantly for submitting fake resumes to clients to obtain projects. In your review you mentioned that you need a copy of your I-140, but I understand from your employer that you have blackmailed/extorted them for it by threatening them with various actions (just the way you are doing this to us) including smearing them by emailing all its employees and vendors. As their attorney, our job is to advice our client to follow the law, which we have done. Since attorney/client communication is privileged so I cannot comment on what you claim your employer told you about our advice. All I can say is that you may feel there is some conspiracy against you but let me assure you there is no such thing. We do not have any incentive in asking your employer to withhold the approval or to give it you. Since the issues between you and your employer (our client) does not involve us, we request you to take this up directly with them rather than extort them indirectly by writing false reviews about us. You untruthful reviews and bullying will not make us change our legal advice to the employer (which to begin with is privileged).
