Erin’s practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. Her experience includes representing employers and individuals before state and federal administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Cohan Law Group, Erin practiced for three years with a national employment law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented employers in traditional labor and employment matters. Erin graduated from Emory Law School in 2012, where at graduation, she was honored by the Labor & Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia with an Outstanding Student Award for her work in the area of Labor Law. In 2009, Erin received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Erin is currently licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association.
In addition to her law practice, Erin spends a significant amount of time volunteering in the Atlanta community. Erin is on the Personnel Committees of Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta, a nonsectarian, community-based social services agency that serves the greater Atlanta area, and the Zaban Couple Center, a homeless shelter that assists couples in transitioning from homelessness to safe and stable housing and long-term independence. In addition to her volunteer work, Erin is the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Dashboard, an Atlanta based non-profit whose mission is to connect artists with space and place to redefine the way environments and art are experienced by the public.
