Erin’s practice focuses on representing individuals and corporate entities in a broad range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, trade secrets, and restrictive covenants. Her experience includes representing employers and individuals before state and federal administrative agencies.
Prior to joining Cohan Law Group, Erin practiced for three years with a national employment law firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where she represented employers in traditional labor and employment matters. Erin graduated from Emory Law School in 2012, where at graduation, she was honored by the Labor & Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia with an Outstanding Student Award for her work in the area of Labor Law. In 2009, Erin received a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Erin is currently licensed to practice in the State of Georgia and is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association.
In addition to her law practice, Erin spends a significant amount of time volunteering in the Atlanta community. Erin is on the Personnel Committees of Jewish Family & Career Services of Atlanta, a nonsectarian, community-based social services agency that serves the greater Atlanta area, and the Zaban Couple Center, a homeless shelter that assists couples in transitioning from homelessness to safe and stable housing and long-term independence. In addition to her volunteer work, Erin is the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Dashboard, an Atlanta based non-profit whose mission is to connect artists with space and place to redefine the way environments and art are experienced by the public.

Horrible, just horrible
So, I understand there can be bad lawyers like there can be bad doctors, but I wouldn't have believed it until now. I went to Erin Krinsky under the referral of Michael Cohen (whom I contacted originally for legal assistance). My case was very straightforward, but if any time she felt that she couldn...

I just feel disheartened
All I wanted was a yes or no response as to whether I would get any of the money back from the $500 fee I paid Erin after deciding against moving forward with filing. I knew that I wouldn’t get all the money back but I wasn’t sure if I would get partial back depending on how much she had worked on. I...
"I had the opportunity to work opposite Erin in a recent business litigation matter, and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She is thorough, knowledgeable in the law, and kind. Erin is a strong litigator who balances advocacy with professionalism, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to any business client seeking capable representation."
"Erin is a smart and hard-working attorney who can be trusted with any complex employment matter. Highly recommended!"
"For over a year, I have worked with Erin on a number of matters. She is sharp and extremely proficient in employment laws. She is skilled in both plaintiff and defense work. Clients absolutely adore her. I highly recommend Erin."
"Erin and I previously practiced in the same firm; however, even after going our separate ways, we continue to collaborate on legal work and share input and ideas with one another. She is a superb attorney whose work ethic is outstanding and whose legal advice has proven invaluable. I highly recommend her services."
"I endorse this lawyer. She is an excellent attorney and have watched her first hand in court. I referred a client to her and Erin tried the case in State Court. She won and the client thinks that she is the BEST. She made everyone happy. Highly recommend her."
