Thomas Charles Nagel

After reading many reviews and speaking with him, I hired Thomas Nagel on January 1st 2017 for license suspended in 2007 in Fulton County. It was made a bit more difficult since I no longer reside in Georgia. It was explained to me that the case may take up to two years to resolve due to the backlog,... so I was prepared for the long haul. I checked in with Mr. Nagle just about every month and he was pretty good at returning my calls. I was always told that he had not heard anything new concerning my case. Finally In August 2019 I received the dismissal notice, I was thrilled then shocked as I read it. My case had been dismissed 5/1/2017 over two years prior, four months after I hired him. That meant Nagle had never once checked on the status of my case in over two years. Until I received my dismissal notice I thought I would leaving Tom a very positive review. I've waited over six months to write this so that my disappointment could subside and I could write a fair review. In retospect I should have just went back and took care of it myself. I'm have done in a timely manner and for a lot less money.

It would be near impossible for me to describe what Mr. Nagle has done to help my friend. Most people would say "unbelievable". The traffic tickets and I'm NOT speaking of one set of citations but three separate cases with numerous citations on each case. Mr. Nagle has been very professional and also... personal. He's NEVER missed a court appearance & Always timely. I could not say enough good things to describe his representation for Rocky. And this is not the first experience with the Law throughout his Rockys lifetime. I think he's an amazing attorney and if I ever need one myself I wouldn't look any further. I can't express enough thanks to you Mr. Nagle but I know one thing, you are one heck of an attorney. Thank you for everything, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. Mr. Nagel was knowledgeable and agressive with actions he knew would help me tremendously. My tickes were reduced and Nagel fought for me to keep my license, which I did! Things worked out well for me just as Nagel said it would. I feel Nagel was the best choice for me due to his court relationships ...and years of experience.
