David N. Bryman

I was referred to Mr. Bryman through the Ga. bar. He's a business atty and I needed a personal injury/medical atty, but he led me to believe he could handle my case effectively. I spent 5 yrs on my case only to come out with nothing, zero, because Mr. Bryman chose to not pay attention to my Dr.'s adv...ice on what he should push the defendant on. He withheld a recording, that if presented in the beginning could have led to a sizeable settlement instead of prolonging my pain for 5 years for me to walk away with nothing. I feel Mr. Bryman took my case out of necessity and to practice on me. He did not hire an expert witness when he should have and wanted me to pay out of pocket for an expert witness after Mr. Bryman took my case on a 35% contingency fee. Mr. Bryman is long winded, does not get to the point and was not aggressive enough for the needs of my case. In retrospect, ethically, he should have told me this was not his area of expertise and should have referred me to someone else or just let me walk. We ended up in a 3 day trial in Fulton Co. for the jury to basically tell me my injuries were my own fault. That was over a year ago and obviously I'm still crushed as I finally felt the need to write this review. Maybe Mr. Bryman is a great business atty, I don't know. But I do know that it seems he'll take any case that comes in instead of doing what's best for the client. Can not recommend.
