Went above and beyond

Attorney Nagel worked for me for 20 months on a complicated DUI case. I live in CT and the charges were in GA and it complicated things greatly. He was able to work with the prosecutor and have a plea bargain worked out for me ahead of time so that when I flew down I knew what to expect.

BEST LAWYER

I was arrested for a DUI and possesion of marijuana, Mr. Nagel did an amazing job, and charges were dropped, and with the possesion of marijuana, it was reduced to an 750$ fine, and 20 hours community service, then also to be removed from record! Fantastic lawyer, made everything way more painless an...d simple, I got to keep my license, no points on the license, no DUI classes, no probation, I am so glad a friend directed me in his direction!

GREAT LAWYER!

Tom Nagel represented me in my DUI and possession case and have both charges dropped to reckless driving and disorderly conduct. He is very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout my case. I highly recommend him to anyone!

A Lawyer that will Fight for Results

I hired attorney Nagel to represent me in a DUI case. After doing some research and consulting with others, it seemed inevitable that my case would result in a conviction of DUI. Attorney Nagel assured me that whether or not the results would be in my favor, he would fight until the very last second,... which he absolutely did. Not only was my charge reduced, but he was able to get me out of having to do jail time, which typically comes from such a reduction. I am so glad that I read the reviews of others on this site which led me to hire Attorney Nagel to represent me. I couldn't be happier with the results. I don't know that any other lawyer would have fought so hard to have my charges reduced. I am eternally grateful.
