Mr Nagel really helped advise us with a situation our son had gotten himself into trouble. Sometimes humans make stupid mistakes that didn't hurt anyone but could have and we should have some type of penalty but no for the rest of our life. Tom was able to let us know the different possible outcom...es and what each included so that we could plan to do things like community services hours served in advance to show good faith, place our own penalty for his mistake & be ahead when entering court.
