I hired Dr. Peck to help with my tax preparer penalty issue. From our first meeting, I felt immediate relief because he knew what he was doing and the best way to help me. My case lasted only a few months during which we were in constant communication. I never felt that my case was left in a drawer. My calls were always returned in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend Dr. Peck to anybody with a tax issue. Mine was successfully closed without much anxiety from my part.

After my husband suffered a life altering brain injury, I became responsible for all financial matters for the family. My husband had been the sole responsible party prior to the brain injury, which left him confined to a wheel chair and legally blind.
During the initial chaotic period, it became abundantly clear that our finances were in great need of focus, including outstanding taxes.
One lawyer had told me that my only option was to place my husband in a nursing home and to sell all of our assets, including our home. This was NOT an option for our family. My husband is a wonderful husband and father. The cause of his financial stress occurred after being laid-off from a company for which had been employed for 28 years.
Fortunately, a very professional financial adviser gave me the recommendation to call Jason Peck. That may have been the best piece of advice I have ever received.
After consultation and review of our situation, Jason let us know that we had another option, although a lengthier process. He suggested that we work with the IRS on an Offer in Compromise. He worked with the IRS, discussed our personal situation, and presented our Offer in Compromise.
During this period, I did not sleep. The anxiety of our outstanding tax responsibility was on my mind continually. Jason assured me, through several conversations, to leave it in his hands and that hopefully our situation would not be as dire as it was at that time.
When I received the acceptance from the IRS of our Offer in Compromise, I cried harder than I had in a very long time. He was able to minimize our obligation, allowing my husband and I to remain in our home of nearly twenty years with our children.
I will never be able to thank The Peck Group enough for what they have done for my family.
There are two things I have always feared: lawyers and the IRS. I am now so grateful for both.
This matter could not have been handled with any more professionalism, respect and compassion.
Truly, if you are in a situation involving your taxes, The Peck Group will do all that they can for you.
