William Henry Clerke IV

Since 1991, W. Henry Clerke IV has been successfully representing clients from the greater Atlanta area. Education
Mr. Clerke graduated from Georgia’s senior military school, North Georgia College and State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1991 Mr. Clerke received the degree of Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law located in Atlanta, Georgia. While in law school, he participated in an externship that introduced Mr. Clerke to trial work with the Federal Public Defender Program which involved federal criminal trials and appeals. Mr. Clerke has also appeared as a guest on the Layman’s Lawyer.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Clerke has become a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He is licensed to practice in all Georgia State and Federal Courts.
