Biography
Originally from Cobb County, Georgia, I returned by way of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to the Atlanta area after graduating from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 2006. In law school, I focused on sharpening the litigation and negotiation skills that I rely on today in my practice on a day to day basis. Prior to law school, I graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
In law practice, I have earned experience defending large insurance insurers and self-insureds, but have also successfully prosecuted injury claims on behalf of clients. With this valuable experience, I strive to give personal attention to each case and provide high quality legal services, whether I represent the plaintiff or the defendant.
My practice offers the personal attention, efficient representation and experienced decision-making needed to maximize recovery for my clients or otherwise defend their interests in a professional yet aggressive manner. My law practice is devoted to guiding injured workers and accident victims through the claims process and achieving excellent results. I operate a solo practice based on relationships and referrals rather than volume and advertising. This allows me to provide the personal attention needed to protect the rights of those suffering from disabling injuries and maximize recovery in an aggressive yet professional manner. I understand that my clients need advice, guidance and advocacy after they have been involved in a work accident or car crash. I use technology to increase efficiency, saving my clients time while maximizing recovery whether by negotiating a cash settlement in a car accident claim or by securing an injured worker the maximum benefits allowed by law. My extensive knowledge and past experience representing insurance companies gives me the advantage at the negotiating table and in the courtroom.
Practice Focus:
Representation of Injured Workers: Handling and prosecutionof workers’ compensation insurance claims including catastrophic, orthopedic and neurological injuries arising in the course of and in the scope of employment. Obtaining state law benefits due after disabling spinal injuries, upper and lower extremity trauma, head injuries, occupational disease and tissue burns.
Representation of Accident Victims (Personal Injury): Initiating and litigating bodily injury claims outside of work. Efficient assessment of available insurance coverage and guidance through the claims and treatment process with particular understanding of a multitude of pathologies. Maximizing claim value and negotiating settlement, whether pre-suit or in litigation.

Best attorney ever
I accidentally called Mr. Miller's office...but it was the best error I had ever made. Workers comp had stopped approving ANY treatment for my torn disk so i reached out to get treatments approved . Immediately Mr. Miller had gotten treatment approved . Because of the long period of neglect from work...
