Incredible

I was arrested on a DUI charge. My BAC was extremely high and I thought there was no chance that any lawyer could help me get it reduced. Mark worked harder than anyone I have ever met to find a flaw in the prosecutions case against me. Throughout the process, he provided me with easy to understand e...xplanations of every detail in my case; breaking down complex legal terms in ways that made it easy to understand what was going on. On the day of my trial, Mark presented his work to the judge and all charges against me were quashed. I walked out of the courtroom with nothing on my driving or criminal records. He is truly the best attorney you can find.

Best Attorney

Mark came highly recommended by a few attorneys and I'm glad I hired him. He's very knowledgeable & communicates that with his clients. I appreciated his follow ups throughout the ongoing process and will definitely refer him to those in need of his services.

Life is finally back to normal

I hired Mark to represent me in a DUI case. I had a prior and was extremely worried about the possibility of losing my job and custody of my children. I spoke with another lawyer before contacting Mark and the first lawyer recommended that I prepare for possible jail time as well as other consequen...ces. I contacted Mark and he encouraged me not to give up. His confidence in his ability to fight my case was very encouraging. In less than a year, he had my DUI dismissed. I was able to let go of my anxiety, keep my job, keep my children and move on with life. Mark is the best!

Best Possible Experience

I was referred to Mark Hansford through a friend and am lucky beyond belief that I was. Mark is, first of all, the least judgmental lawyer you will ever meet and you will feel at ease and at home with him and his team immediately. I spent no longer than 1 hour in his office and two years lafter, wit...hout lifting a finger, my case has been dropped!!! This is exactly what Mark predicted in our first (and only) meeting. If I ever got a miscellaneous letter from the court, I'd pick up the phone and call or email Mark immediately. He ALWAYS got back to me within 24 hours with the same reassuring response, "don't, worry. we've got this." I never worried for a minute while I was traveling around the world for two years. I could have come back home to deal with a DUI, but instead, I'm free to live my life as if nothing ever happened!! (I will still not be drinking and driving). To give you a little insight into the unliklihood of a judge finding me innocent, I'll tell you a few details of my case: I did run into a fire hydrant at 4:00 in the morning on a Saturday night. Pretty unlikely I wasn't guilty, right? Well, Mark got me off with flying colors and his team has never been so calm, respectful, and helpful in liberating me of a terrible stamp on my record for all future employers to see. I also plan to leave America again soon to return to the new life I've found outside these borders, and it wouldn't have been possible without this team. I recommend them time and time again. Thank you so much Mark and team!!! y'all are one of the best things that have ever happened to me. :))

OUTSTANDING!!!

Mark is an outstanding lawyer!! He got a dui and three other charges dismissed. He always reassured me through out the process, and was very confident. He took time to explain how things worked and what he was doing with my case. Mark is highly skilled and knows his profession extremely well. There i...s not any other attorney I would even consider to represent me. You WILL NOT go wrong with Mark Hansford!!! Excellent attorney and outstanding man!!
