Injured on the Job, In a Car Accident, or your Social Security Disability Claim is Denied?
Sanders & Beller want you to know your compensation rights in Georgia!
Mr. Beller graduated from Iowa State University with his B.A. in political science and received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. After law school, Mr. Beller worked for a number of small plaintiff’s personal injury firms in Atlanta. Working for small firms allowed Mr. Beller to obtain valuable courtroom experience, in addition to learning how insurers evaluate and potentially deny claims. He now uses that experience to effectively represent injured individuals and fight for the rights to which they are entitled.
During his 20+ year career, he has represented hundreds of clients at workers’ compensation hearings, Social Security Disability hearings, and civil trials, winning millions of dollars in benefits. Taking part in hearings and litigating provided invaluable experience for Mr. Beller. His clients can feel confident they have someone who can represent them throughout the entire process, including appeals, at administrative hearings, as well as in court if it progresses to such.
From 2010-2018 he was a partner in a workers' compensation/personal injury boutique law firm, during which time he obtained his Certified Neutral (Mediation) certification and was named 10 Best Attorneys in 2018 by The American Institute of Personal Injury for exceptional and outstanding client service. As a Certified Neutral, Mr. Beller acquired valuable negotiation and alternative dispute resolution skills. Being trained as a mediator further equips Mr. Beller to help parties clarify and define their issues, develop options and possible resolutions, evaluate and decide among their choices, and solidify any agreements reached. It's particularly beneficial when working to resolve some of the issues that need addressing in a case.
Because Mr. Beller is passionate about providing a professional and personal level of service for his clients, he continues to enjoy a smaller firm environment. In 2018 he co-founded Sanders & Beller. He, along with his partner Steven Sanders, wants to ensure clients speak to an attorney every time and receive the personalized attention they deserve.
If you are looking for an experienced attorney, and firm, who prefer to work your case personally, rather than handing the bulk of the work to a paralegal or legal assistant, someone who will prioritize your treatment and not just your award, and who will listen to and address your concerns, look no further!
