About Jeremiah
Biography
Jeremiah graduated from Wagner College in New York City with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance in 2004 and then attended Atlanta's John Marshall Law School where he was awarded his Juris Doctorate in 2007. Jeremiah's law practice developed into a concentration on commercial real estate transactions and foreign investors doing business in the United States. After practicing law for six years, Jeremiah decided to switch to the business side of commercial real estate and joined a small boutique brokerage in Atlanta where he specialized in multi-family investment sales. In his first year as a broker, Jeremiah was the top multi-family producer at his previous firm and a candidate for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club. In March of 2015, Jeremiah joined forces with Andrew Mays and Paul Vetter as part of the Mays Vetter Group at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors, a large national multifamily investment sales and mortgage brokerage, solely dedicated to the marketing, sale and financing of multi-family properties.

Great Attorney
Mr. Jarmin is the corporate attorney for all of my companies. I have used several attorneys over the years but none have taken the time to get to know what my overall strategy is. He met with my CPA to make sure they were on the same page. I highly recommend Mr. Jarmin.

Habitual Speeder Facing $3000 and 14 Points Walks for $250, NoLo Plea, and a Defensive Drivers Class
I had three speeding tickets (one was wreckless driving) and was told by the clerk I could go for $500 dollars and 4 points. I took it. Got to the payment window and they sent me back upstairs. Judge said she wasn't happy with the clerk's decision and said she wanted to give me a $3000 dollar fine...
