Property Tax Litigation

Property Tax Work

Lindsey is a very knowledgeable and capable lawyer. She has handled a challenging property tax issue for me that has led to a positive outcome. Successful Property Tax Case

Lindsey represented us in our effort to appeal the property tax appraisal value of our home. The case went to trial and Lindsey did an excellent job of preparing. At the trial, she was able to convince the judge to disallow most of the county's evidence, leading the county to seek a settlement favo...rable to us.
