Abbi knows her stuff, is patient, thorough and compassionate. She took the time to explain the parole process in detail and provided support before, during and after the decision. I am very happy with the outcome but also the professionalism and responsiveness from Abbi and Linda. I Highly recommend this firm!

This 5 stars rating is past do ..it should have been posted long time ago and it's well deserved to a lawyer that understand human nature and passionate about her work and knows the law don't forget she is a an honorable Judge as well as i am reading through these feedback i could not help to see the one that had the same case as mine In my case i was being deported and my Immigration lawyer recommended Abbi so after few meetings and careful study of my case Abbi had told me that she is not a miracle maker but she will do what ever it takes to reduce the charges against me and with the proper authorities within the extent of the law of the land,,i remember one of my lawyers had told me one time and I quote .." there is a great justice system in this country that often you can't beat but there is always ways to go around it .." key word here to go around it and that not 100% guaranteed . so here i am 12 years later my deportation case received a waver from the immigration judge thanks to Abbi i am still here and i would not hesitate to recommend her at all . Reading thru all the ratings they all have something good to say about Abbi in fact 95% with five stars rating . But even the worst of them which aren't many , the one where the client didn’t walk away 100 percent satisfied, sends a message that this attorney is a good hire. Nobody’s perfect after all she is human . In life and in law, there are times where you do your best and still come out on the losing side. But don’t forget to look for those silver linings. Sometimes three out of five stars is the best you can hope for. Sometimes a three star review is exactly what a client needs to see.

I am a lawyer myself so I like to believe that I know how to tell a good lawyer from a bad one. I have six children and Abbi has represented two of them on various criminal charges. My teenage son in particular has been a one man crime wave this summer! Abbi is knowledgeable, thorough, detail oriented and extremely competent. Abbi Taylor was recommended to me by an attorney who had taken a continuing education course taught by Abbi. I initially emailed her the timeline & details of my son's case. During our consultation, she developed a strategy that was ABSOLUTELY SUCCESSFUL. First, a motion to modify his sentence was filed and we prevailed. (It IS who you know!) Next, a petition for parole was filed, & again, we prevailed. (May I say again, it IS who you know?) My son, with a 10 year sentence, facing 78 months minimum in prison, was home after 16 months. Abbi Taylor and Linda Cornwall did that. I did the collection of information, the gathering of data, the scut work. Abbi executed flawlessly.

I originally retained Abbi to represent me before the State Board of Pardons and Parole and help me obtain an early parole date for a level 8 criminal conviction. While the Parole Board's guidelines for my crime required me to serve at least 65% of my sentence, the Parole Board granted me parole approximately 6 months early. I attribute this to the unwavering support of my family and Abbi's considerable efforts. My conditions of probation on my original sentence forbids contact with persons under the age of 18. Since being released from prison, my daughter gave birth to my first grandchild. According to the conditions of probation, I was not allowed to see my grandchild even if the visit was supervised. Abbi filed a motion with the Judge in Superior Court responsible for my case, asking that my sentence be modified to allow me supervised contact with my grandchild. Abbi represented me at the hearing before the judge. Our motion was opposed by the prosecutor's office. However, the judge ruled in our favor and now I can be with my grandchild for Christmas. Abbi did an excellent job, was very supportive throughout the process and was readily available whenever I needed her. I would highly recommend Abbi Taylor.

It is true, you only go to the Doctor for check ups and when sick. Same for an Attorney. Abbi Taylor is simply the best. I hired Abbi because I was having problems renewing my expired green card. I had got into some legal problems with the law and it was hard to renew my green card, but first Abbi took a look at all my previous charges and told me which one was the problem. Second Abbi told me that she can sit down with the judge and the prosecutor of that charge and persuade them to clarify the sentence so that I wouldn't have problems with immigration. She did what she said she will and today I have a new green card and no problems with immigration. I highly recommend Abbi Taylor for any legal issues that you may have. She does it all!
