James M. McCabe focuses his legal practice on representing both individuals and businesses in employment and business disputes. He began his legal career at one of the country’s top law firms, where he represented major corporations in sensitive and high-stakes cases. Through that work, he saw a consistent lack of access and advocacy for the opposing side. In response, he launched his own firm to help clients of all sizes navigate employment and business issues with the same level of commitment and care.
Originally from Tyrone, Georgia, Mr. McCabe was active in sports during high school and was recognized by his classmates for his character. He went on to Wheaton College in Illinois, earning a cum laude degree in philosophy and ancient languages along with a master’s degree in theology. He later obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was selected for the appellate moot court team.
Mr. McCabe and his wife, Marianne, have three children. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities, golf, travel, cooking, and spending time with loved ones.
