I’m not sure what the other reviews are about… but, honestly. I appreciate them working on the backend for me and requesting an appeal and a court hearing. With all the medical issues I’ve been having and day to day things interfering, I have very much neglected a little bit on keeping contact. But h...owever, they are consistent and will work silently on your behalf. I am very grateful and hopeful for our court hearing coming up. They don’t just give up & that means a lot. We’ve got denied TWICE, yet they are still here along the way. And willing to prove my case. So I will give them 100% a 5-Star rating. At times it may seem like “nothings happening” or you haven’t heard from them in a while, but it’s worth the patience and wait. I Will update once we are approved after court . But currently, I’m happy for all that’s been done!

After a brief consultation with a representative of theirs I elected to file my SSDI request for reconsideration on my own after reaching out to my providers for additional documentation. I never agreed to have this firm represent me and I received mail from my local social security office claiming t...his firm is representing me by submitting a request for reconsideration on my behalf without my consent. My calls to their offices have since gone unanswered.

I hired Matthew Berry & Associates to handle my disability case that was at the ALJ level approximately 2 months before my court date. He and his staff took care of getting everything that was needed and having it in order for court. The staff that I dealt with were curtious, caring and thorough. At ...the hearing ALJ rendered a full approval which is very rarely done. Thank you Mr. Berry and staff for doing such a great job. I will definitely recommend this office to people I know.

I hired Ken Nugent initially and after about a month received a letter stating he had to turn his disability cases to Matt Berry and Associates. I have gotten all the records I have possibly given them and information to get records I have failed back surgery syndrome. Bulging discs in my lower back.... Have had 5 surgeries in less than 3 years. I suffer from major depression disorder l since 1995. I have tried to commit suicide and have been hospitalized for suicidal thoughts about 4 times. I have PTSD AGORAPHOBIA,PANIC AND ANXIETY DISORDER. I can't do simple household tasks without asistancn. I have been waiting for over 3 years and finally got a hearing in front of a judge who again denied my claim. I have been unsuccessful in getting better physically and my chronic pain is making my depression worse. Plus I've just had all my teeth pulled. I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE DO ANY KIND OF GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT. I don't know what this law office has done for. Not much it seems and I am devastated. I was counting on this money to support me and my daughter. I am livid and disappointed with its law firm because I believe they sat on their asses and didn't do a complete job to get my disability started
