Therefore, the judge has to tell me, The day of the hearing!! Y’all are so unprofessional it’s insane!!! THE WASTE OF TIME THESE JOKERS DO!!! these are patheti...c lawyers. don't waste your time people!! they waste yours!

First of all, let me begin by saying that I have personal respect and appreciation for Mr.Matt Berry. The rest of my sentiments are unfavorable, to say the least. This firm is staffed by the some of nastiest and most uncaring people who I've ever encountered. To make it more complicated, the staff is... a revolving cast of characters and the firms turn-over rate is shockingly high which is never a healthy sign for any organization. Without going into the gruesome details, I just want to convey that I felt like my case was a big rubber ball or a hot potato and nobody really had their hands on it. When I boarded with the firm, I was thrice given verbal assurances that they would not "outsource" my case to another office or attorney. This was a great concern because I do not live in Atlanta. I was reassured by the associate and by the fact that the firm's website has a bold map of the entire USA with the caption "Nationwide Representation". Little did I know that the person who I talked with on several occasions flat out lied to me. Buried in the 'fine print' of my agreement was a statement that totally contradicted what I was told. The entire process was like pulling teeth. While there were two individuals who were often easy to work with and went out of their way to assist me, they soon vanished and I was told they are "no longer with the firm". It's not surprising to say that the attorney who was ultimately contracted to work with me at the hearing level was sub-par. I found him to be officious, uncaring and quite frankly just plain rude. He treated me with such utter disrespect that it was really shocking. Prior to the hearing, I expressed my deepest concerns about this particular gentleman's attitude and asked to talk with Mr.Berry. I told the staff member at the Atlanta that it was urgent and I was deeply concerned about the 'contractor' attorneys indifference and lack of willingness to talk with me. The Berry Atlanta Home Office flat out refused to let me talk with Mr.Berry. I was told he was in Mexico. I asked that he contact me anyway. As far as I know, the do have telephones in Mexico, and failing to be able to proactively reach Mr.Berry that an urgent message be left for him to be received by Mr.Berry when he checked-in or immediately upon his return to the country. That request was flat-out denied. My hearing did not result in a favorable decision as you may have guessed at this point in my review. I am not happy and feel that I was not treated the way that I had expected to (be treated) from the very beginning.

very professional firm. I have gotten a ticket on my way from Miami to new York. in the way I got a ticket for speeding down in Georgia, McIntosh county. as I live in new York it was impossible for me to take care of this issue in person, so I did my research online and came by Berry & Associates.... I spoke with them over the phone and had been instructed very well on how to make my payments online with a simple link sent to my email, they are very good and even though the ticket was very pricey ($683 fine + attorney fees), they took care of it very well. I still have a clean license, with no record nor points on it, and that is after a super speeding ticket.
