Disability Bench Approval

I hired Matthew Berry & Associates to handle my disability case that was at the ALJ level approximately 2 months before my court date. He and his staff took care of getting everything that was needed and having it in order for court. The staff that I dealt with were curtious, caring and thorough. At the hearing ALJ rendered a full approval which is very rarely done. Thank you Mr. Berry and staff for doing such a great job. I will definitely recommend this office to people I know.

Amazing group

Thanks to the Berry and Assoc. firm

Just recently the SSA approved my disability claim. Regardless of how the decision went, I felt supported and kept up the speed during the entire long process. I would give 2 thumbs up to Mr. Berry and all those on his staff.

Great Attorney, Pleasant Staff, Professional

I have used Mr. Berry on two different occasions and both outcomes were wonderful. He handled my divorce in 2007 respectfully and his staff guided me through one of the hardest decisions of my life. Fast forward a few years in life, my business had taken the "winter downward spiral" and I was forced to BK to survive a basic budget. Not once did Mr. Berry or his staff make me feel guilty or like a failure. They were patient and understanding of all of my questions. He understands that unfortunate things happen to good people and made me realize that with a second chance, I could finally come out on top with my finances. Today, I am in a better place than I have every been and I'm so grateful that I was able to go through this process with Berry and Associates. They made it easy.

Handling everything

I was surprised by the divorce being filed. My ex wanted alimony, my retirement accounts and full custody. Matt Berry's team has set up a complete strategy and we are negotiating a settlement that is fair. They cared about my case and made it happen.

Effective and Efficient

Mr. Berry saved me from a license suspension into a citation not reported to insurance companies. He had my speed reduced by 12MPH. His fee was very reasonable compared to what I would have had to pay over time in my car insurance premium. I had no other speeding violations reported to the DMV before getting ticketed in Tift County. Also, understand that if your speed is reduced, you will likely still have to pay the original fine, but you will saved from the additional super-speeder fee (if your violation warrants it).

Matt Berry is the best traffic lawyer I have ever interacted with. He told me from day 1 that he will handle my super speeder ticket and traffic citation with no points and non reportable at all. Very helpful team in resolving my traffic violations - highly recommend

As an out of state driver in Georgia, I received some driving infractions, I won't go into details, but lets just say a Super Speeder fine was highly likely. Berry and Associates was quick to call back and advise me of my options. They assisted me throughout the entire ordeal and helped me greatly in negotiating. The final result was a non reporting violation. I will say that going into this I had a clean driving history and because of that I think the prosecutor was more lenient then if I had a history of bad driving. So I feel very fortunate. And finally, having an attorney there to help you through these types of issues is a huge help, and I personally can't thank them enough for what they accomplished, They helped me tremendously . - Thank you

Exellent Service

very professional firm. I have gotten a ticket on my way from Miami to new York. in the way I got a ticket for speeding down in Georgia, McIntosh county. as I live in new York it was impossible for me to take care of this issue in person, so I did my research online and came by Berry & Associates. I spoke with them over the phone and had been instructed very well on how to make my payments online with a simple link sent to my email, they are very good and even though the ticket was very pricey ($683 fine + attorney fees), they took care of it very well. I still have a clean license, with no record nor points on it, and that is after a super speeding ticket.

Excellent Service

Disability

Would Recommend if Asked

Matt Berry handled my debt problems with solid and direct advice, two things I really needed at the time. The process went pretty much as expected, too, and I ended up in a better place. Yea, I'd recommend them if someone asked me.

Received Future and Past Benefits

I used Mr. Berry's firm for my disability case, and am happy I did. I received my benefits, and my daughter also received a check for back benefits. This money was something we needed very bad and I'm gratful to him and his people. If someone asked me if they should hire him, I would answer "Yes".

Excellent Attorney. Great knowledge and compassionate, too.

Mr. Berry is exactly what you want in a lawyer. He is honest, responsive and obviously knows a lot about bankrupcy law. He doesn't make you feel like a bad person for having a hard time paying your bills either. I would highly recommend him to others in need.
