HOWARD JARRETT WEINTRAUB: RESCUED MY GRANDSON

HOWARD JARRETT WEINTRAUB: RESCUED MY GRANDSON Howard Jarrett Weintraub rescued my grandson from having a felony conviction on his record and his fee was very reasonable to have my grandson come out of his criminal prosecution without a felony on his record. My grandson was stopped by the county ...police for a broken tail light. The officer searched his car and found a small amount of marijuana and an unmarked bottle of narcotic controlled substance pills. My grandson did not know the bottle of pills was in his car. My husband was a chronic pain sufferer and carried a bottle of his pain medicine with him at all times. He carried his pain medicine in an unmarked bottle due to past experiences with having his medicine stolen. My grandson, his daughter and my husband had been to a store and rather than carry the medicine into the store, my husband put the bottle in the glove box of my grandson’s car. My husband forgot (which was not out of character for him) to remove the bottle when they returned home. My grandson was indeed guilty of possessing the marijuana (a misdemeanor), but he was not guilty of possessing the controlled substance pills. The controlled substance pills would have created a felony on my grandson’s record and he was charged with having the unmarked bottle of controlled substance pills in his possession. Because of Howard’s quick thinking and perseverance that did not happen. At first, the prosecutor would not agree to dismiss the felony charge. Howard, however, worked with my grandson and instructed my husband to get a prescription list from his pharmacy and Howard had him write a statement for the court stating that the medication belonged to him, explaining why the bottle was left in my grandson’s car and explaining why he had them in an unmarked bottle. Because of Howard’s attention to details and his plan of action the felony charge was dismissed and my grandson does not have a felony on his record. Although Howard Weintraub handles many major federal prosecutions throughout the country and defends many people for serious charges such as murder, drugs, sexual offenses, etc., Howard treated my case as if we were his only client. Every phone call to him was promptly and courteously answered in a very timely manner. As we left the courtroom, several people commented to my grandson and to me that we had made a wise decision in choosing Howard Weintraub to represent my grandson in his case. I highly recommend Howard Jarrett Weintraub and I will be forever very thankful that he handled my grandson’s case. God bless you Howard. Thank you Howard.

please dont trust them they will take your money and then hang up on you

i called this lawyer to see if i can set up consultation with him. This lawyer was extremely rude and said i am not interested in this case and hung up the phone. He called me back and appologized and said i can represent you and it will cost a lot of money, he asked me where i work and he will repr...esent me if i can pay him upfront. he sounded very rude and like he would use his client in a minute all for money.

To have this person represent that he has posted a “client” review of me is a gross mischaracterization, as he never was a client of my firm. Indeed, the entire extent of my interaction with this person was two telephone conversations with a combined duration of less than ten minutes. Even more significantly, this person has distorted and misrepresented what occurred during his two brief telephone conversations with me. I, therefore, feel it is important for me to set forth below what actually transpired with this person: This gentleman called my firm on November 13, 2014, seeking representation in a shoplifting case and wanting to speak with an attorney at that moment. When my assistant advised this caller that I was consumed at that time with trial preparation for an upcoming two-week long federal court criminal case jury trial (wherein my client is facing up to 240 months if convicted), he nonetheless insisted with my assistant that he speak with me. My assistant was having a difficult time with this caller and was sounding flustered. She, therefore, interrupted my trial preparation asking me to speak with him. I briefly spoke with this man and advised him that I appreciated his interest in my firm but my court schedule was such that I could not take on his case. Although the call ended, within one or two minutes I decided to call this person back because he seemed very distressed. I asked him about the court scheduling of his shoplifting case so as to determine if perhaps I could be available to represent him. After briefly reviewing with this person the facts of his alleged shoplifting charge and learning that his court date was in January, 2015 (and, therefore, not in conflict with my federal case pre-trial preparation schedule and also after the anticipated completion of my federal case) I told him that I was available to take on his case. I told him that our strategy in representing him, should he decide to hire us and become our client, would be to try to have his case placed in a pre-trial diversion program with the eventual expungement of his arrest record. I told him that I was available to meet with him in my office on Sunday, November 16, 2014 (as I had other work commitments previously scheduled for Friday and Saturday). I also quoted him our standard misdemeanor/shoplifting representation fee. He then abruptly hung up on me. I nonetheless called him back a second time but his voice mail came on. I never heard back from this person. The duration of my entire “relationship” with this person lasted less than ten minutes. I then received notification from AVVO of this person’s above comment about me. As proven by my 110 client reviews posted herein on AVVO, I continually strive for the utmost client satisfaction in each of my cases. Having handled well over 2,000 cases in my career, and having spoken with probably over 5,000 different callers, I guess the old cliché is true: “You cannot please all of the people all of the time” as, irrespective of what you do, someone, somewhere will have something negative to say about you. The Only Law Firm You'll Ever Need!!!!

Howard Weintraub Law office is a great firm to have on your side. If you are EVER in the need of a Criminal Defense Attorney this is definitely with no doubt who you want! Howard and Ben are very knowledgeable. Howard is very personable but most of all very professional and I loved having him on my s...ide. His knowledge of the law was very impressive and his resources seemed endless. I would and will recommend Howard Weintraub’s law firm to all my family and friends but most of all to anyone in the area in need of the best legal team on their side! All charges against me were dismissed due to Howard and Ben’s relentless pursuit of my case. I hope I never need to use an attorney again but if I do Howard Weintraub’s Law Office will be the first and only call I make! When I was arrested I felt so violated from being put in the position I was in, but with Howard and Ben’s superior knowledge of the law as well as their OUTSTANDING ability to vigorously argue in my defense, the trial was over before it even started. The evidence was so strong against me; I even began to second guess myself. Lastly, Howard took away nearly all of the stress and fear that came with being charged with a crime. He was worth every penny because he kept me informed, never judged me. I have never trusted attorneys’ due to the fact I worked with them closely for 16 years. I have heard their “behind the door comments” about their clients. I have watched and heard them “play” with their cases that weren’t in the best interest of their clients. God directed my family to this firm after talking with multiple lawyers first. You will not go wrong with this firm!!! They treat you more like family and not like their client.

Mr. Weintraub is a very kind and super federal defense lawyer !!

I was indicted on some Federal charges. I wish to not reveal the specifics since the case is ongoing. I found Mr. Howard Weintraub on the AVVO site. I called him and he met me in his office on a Sunday !! I had to wait 2 months for my family to accumulate the funds to retain him and he still ca...lled me and always accepted my calls even though he had not been paid yet. He must have spent over 25 hours talking to me about my case not even knowing if he could be retained !! He has been very understanding and very kind as well as extremely knowledgeable about complicated rules & cases of Federal law... I just can not say enough good things about this lawyer's care & dedication for his clients. I would then have to write a short book about his great & humane qualities. He has now been officially retained by my family. The case is serious and I have been very worried and upset that these charges are unfair because other people in my past committed the actual crimes. I have been accused of alleged conspiracy among other crimes. I have complete FAITH that Mr. Howard Weintraub will spare no effort and will spend incredible amounts of time & energy to gain either dismissal or acquittal of my case. This is a rare super-lawyer in today's world because of his intelligence & dedication and his amazing ability to be reached at any time of the day. He always keeps me informed and I can reach him on his personal cell phone !!! You should NEVER get in legal trouble with the Federal Govt. !!! However if you get in any kind of local or federal legal trouble, then RUN to his office and get him on the case ASAP !!! He is worth every dollar and even more valuable in his human qualities. I highly recommend him and I am very THANKFUL that he is my attorney right now...

Simply Amazing

We have worked with several lawyers in the past but none of them even compare to what Howard has done. When we happened upon him we were in a very precarious situation to say the least, and we were very pressed for time. 1) Howard, before we even working with him officially, sat us down went over... the circumstances so that we were informed of everything that was even going on. From my experience that almost never happens. 3) A lot of lawyers will do this thing when they ,forgive my language, talk out of their ass about things they know nothing about, and try to make you feel their doing more than they are actually doing to justify their cost. Howard, if you ever meet him, is very upfront and honest with you,..no surprises...no talking sideways or seemingly hidden agendas and all he asks for, in this regard, as that you do the same with him. Honestly this was probably what made us feel the most at ease initially. You don't want to work with someone ,whose work can shape your future, to be wishy-washy or half baked. 4) We knew things happened before our previous lawyer and "things happened" he was no where to be seen...we couldn't reach him for 5 or 6 hours at a time...He didn't do anything in the year that he'd been hired. There's nothing worse than needing some one you hired..and realizing that they aren't there. Howard on the other hand kept us up to date with all of the developments as they unfolded. and when he needed something we gave it to him asap. in short...He did more in 2 weeks...than any attorney did in the past year. 6) In the courtroom he clearly puts his money where his mouth is.He does his due diligence and does not try to "promise you the world" or anything but I guarantee you this...you want this guy batting for you when it comes to legal affairs....I never once...in my life thought about having a " go to attorney" but He...might just be that guy. Sometimes when you pay an attorney it feels like you're pouring money down the drain but NOT with Howard...you;re definitely getting your money's worth...AND THEN SOME
