While our case is still ongoing, Andrew has been a superstar. After not feeling supported by previous representation, I reached out to Andrew and he reviewed the case. He was well versed and understood the concerns I had and despite having a heavy caseload, graciously took me on. On July 23, 2016, my son was driving home from college to his home to goto sleep in Fulton County when he was followed and attacked at our home by corrupt Forsyth County Police. They attacked and injured my son when he committed no traffic violation or any crime whatsoever! This is/was clear and simp...le a hate crime against a person of Cherokee heritage. In cooperation with the JCPD (Jim Crow Police Department), the Forsyth County Police department made up charges on my son, stole important personal property out of my car! (Broken into on my property without permission), change the location of my home to Forsyth County, even took down roads signs on a State Road to illegally prosecute my son in Forsyth County court when my son was NEVER EVER in Forsyth County. The JCPD has and continues to refuse police service to me (I had to leave the state because of terroristic threats from the police!) and my son,.They even went so far as to tell me "Your kind does not belong here". My son was illegally put in Forsyth County jail for 15 days when he committed ABSOLUTELY NO CRIME! My previous defense lawyer sarcastically told my son that he had to serve jail time like "Martin Luther King"!! The police are very powerful and that kind of power in the wrong hands, like the evil/corrupt leadership that exist now!, makes it unsafe for everyone!! Everything was closing around us, I could still hear my sons quivering voice in court when they sentenced him to 15 days in jail asking me "Daddy what did I do wrong?" You absolutely have no idea the "extreme hatred and contempt" I hold for ALL that wrongfully attacked my son and threaten me and my family!!! The police departments even have control of the Superior Court of Fulton County! I flew in from out of town and with my son went to court to put the Forsyth cop in jail for a felony assault/attempted murder and felony theft. The "absolute first words" out of the so called impartial judge's mouth was "Well you weren't there". My son and I immediately knew that Judge/Court was corrupt and in the back pocket of the police departments!!! A Bible versed that I live by and is sooo true... "Yea thou I walk through the valley of the shadows of death, I fear NO EVIL for thou art with me, thy rod and staff they comfort me." When everything seem all but lost, 2 things happened. The corrupt judge in Forsyth County that I vehemently hated wasn’t so corrupt…. And I hired Andrew to take on my son’s case. Andrew is an "HONEST" smart compassionate lawyer that could hear the injustice through my emotional outrage and hatred of the evil police that attacked my son physically and psychologically for over 2 years!! But more importantly unlike most of the corrupt defense lawyers in Atlanta, Andrew is not afraid to take on big corrupt police departments! To put it simply, It was an absolute pleasure to watch Andrew shred the forsyth county prosecutor in the forsyth county court courtroom! It was well worth the money I spent on hiring Andrew. My sons case in forsyth county court has been restricted because it was BUILT ON TOTAL LIES FROM a corrupt Forsyth cop. Lies cannot stand against GOD and the truth! When it comes to defense attorneys there is a whole lot of corrupt garbage there in Atlanta.
