Biography
Ben Sessions is the owner of The Sessions Law Firm, LLC. His practice is dedicated to the defense of clients charged with driving under the influence and related offenses.
Ben received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. At the University of Georgia, he was a recipient of the University of Georgia Law School Foundation Scholarship. As an undergraduate, Ben attended Georgia State University, where graduated summa cum laude and he received the James Madison Award.
Ben is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and he is admitted to practice before all State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Federal Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Ben is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL). Mr. Sessions has been named a Contributing Attorney in the State Bar of Georgia's Pro Bono Project.
Through meticulous case preparation, Ben frequently develops legal issues that result in the exclusion of evidence from the state's case. However, in the event that your blood or breath test is not excluded from the case, Ben possesses the training and skill necessary to defend you.
Recognizing the scientific knowledge and training which is required to challenge the state's evidence in the typical DUI case, Mr. Sessions has invested the time required to receive the best training available. He has attended the Mastering Scientific Evidence Seminar conducted by the National College for DUI Defense and he has attended National College for DUI Defense's annual seminar conducted at Harvard in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Sessions regularly receives training in the administration of standardized field sobriety tests from some of the nation's foremost authorities. Mr. Sessions has attended GACDL's DUI Boot Camp, and he regularly attends the Georgia Trial Practice Update seminar.
