He worked on a case for my husband and took his money without any work. He took advantage of a 100% combat wounded war veteran!!! It's unbelievable how he spoke to him once my husband told him that he was unsatisfied with the results that he received. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY I HIGHLY RECOM...MEND THAT YOU GO ELSEWHERE!! This attorney shouldn't be allowed to do any business in terms of law practices anywhere!! RUDE, disrespectful, and thinks he's a tough guy!!

I can’t recommend Adam Brown highly enough for anyone in need of legal assistance with traffic citations. I was facing two citations, and he managed to get one fully dismissed while reducing the other to a simple $50 fine. His expertise and dedication really showed, not only in the results he achieve...d but also in how he handled the entire process. From the very first meeting, he was upfront, honest, and extremely understanding about my situation. He took the time to explain every step, addressing all my concerns, which made me feel much more at ease. Steer clear away from this law office. My name is Jessica Sutton and I retained this law firm last year August 2021, I was hoping to get Adam Brown, because I’ve seen so many great reviews about him…but instead he gave me, as he said “one of his best attorneys” that work for the firm. I was hesitant,... but I said okay. So, I retained Whitney Scherck. So, I had to pay $2500 up front but didn’t have all the money so they put me on a payment plan. I was suppose to pay $200 a month (which I paid on time every month). She told me to go to Chamblee police department to get a copy of my background check which I did. She told me to send it to her through email and text message screenshots, which I did. That was the last I’ve heard from her…From late August to November, I didn’t speak with her. I just thought maybe she was working on my case. I finally talked to her November 2021 (a week before thanksgiving) she told me that Covid precautions were in effect and that she can only email prosecutors and whomever she had to email. So I said okay. Then, I haven’t spoken to her again from late November to January. Still the same results..nothings getting done and she’s still emailing instead of going to downtown Decatur courthouse. I finally pay off the $2500 bill in March 2022. Still haven’t heard from her. I emailed Adam Brown’s law firm to let them know that it’s paid off. April 2022, I’m emailing, texting and calling Whitney at the law firm and her personal phone, she’s still not responding. I finally heard from her again the end of May 2022, when she emailed me from a new email address informing me, she doesn’t work for Adam Brown anymore, and that she would like to set up a meeting to speak with me. I immediately emailed her back and told her I’m available anytime. That was the last time I’ve heard from her. I’ve tried emailing her , texting her, nothing. I’ve even called Adam Brown only for different women to answer and tell me someone would contact me and they never do. I feel like it was the law firm’s responsibility to inform the client that “one of their best attorney’s” (as he put it), doesn’t work for him anymore. Anyway, The proof is in the screenshots ….Now, I am forced to take legal actions against them to get my $2500 back….looking for an expungement attorney? Stay away from this firm.

Adam took on my case after my attorney retired. He was very professional and knew everything on my case. He got me a full dismissal. He was very efficient and made me feel at ease knowing I had multiple options he was willing to use to lessen my sentence. Luckily we didn’t have to use any of the oth...er options. I would recommend Adam to anyone that is in need of a good, fare, professional lawyer. His staff is also too notch! They all were up to date on my case and were helpful when I needed anything.
