Ashley Osbelt (formerly known as Ashley DiGiulio) specialized in financial asset analysis in consumer bankruptcy for her first years as an attorney. Divorce Attorney to Hire!

Bad Experience

Replied last November 19, 2018Obviously we could respond better to this post if we knew who the poster is though we have a pretty good guess. Divorce is a painful process and the pain doesn’t always go away after the case is over. We care deeply for our clients, but we don’t have the power to end the emotional aspect of the matter. What we can do is work to protect your rights and to give counsel. Settlements are always accepted or rejected by the client, which is what happened in this case, and the client always has the right to go to trial if a settlement can’t be reached. The cost of further litigation can be a driving force in negotiations, but we are sure that our clients are aware of all their options, as this person was. We can’t respond to a third party attorney’s musings about a case he has heard one side of. We can’t know what other factors came into play including his attempts to gain a new client or his telling the client what she wants to hear. We don’t know. We welcome an offline conversation. As for communications, we have many ways to contact us including phone calls, text, email and the ability to calendar a meeting online. We are proud of our distinct record in litigation, but always welcome an offline conversation with you on these matters.
