Biography
My practice focuses commercial transactions, workouts and restructuring efforts. I have a great deal of experience with business reorganizations, liquidations, turnaround work and associated litigation. I also structure creative financial transactions in the entertainment industry between production companies and lenders and advise clients concerning the creation of and disposition of entertainment tax credits and incentives.
Before coming to the Firm, I was a judicial clerk to Bankruptcy Court Judges in every District of Georgia. I am member of the State Bars of Georgia and Colorado and am an active member of both State and Local Bar Associations dedicated to Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights. I appear as a member of various panels sponsored by the State Bar of Georgia as well as the Atlanta Bar Association continuing legal education programs.
