Super Speeder

Marger Stuart was amazing, I would recommend friends, family, and even strangers to them. I was dealing with a super speeder ticket and looking for a lawyer in a area I wasn't familiar with was nerve wrecking. Long story short, Marger Stuart had my whole situation sorted out in less then a week, no court, no fines, and most importantly not on my driving record and their services were really affordable. Grandparent Rights

I had the best experience with Cortney Stuart of any family law attorney I have ever dealt with. She was the second attorney I hired for my case and she wasted no time getting started. Excellent lawyer

I would recommend Cortney Stuart and her legal firm to everyone. We were in a complicated custody case as grandparents trying to keep our granddaughter from being placed into the foster care system as parents were not able to care for her. Ms. Stuart went the extra mile on this case and our granddaughter is now safe and happy and is adjusting to her home life with the love and understanding that she deserves. She will be able to grow and have a happy childhood.

This Firm is GREAT!

I was in the middle of a very traumatic time in my life when Cortney and her staff really helped me out. They helped me navigate issues, plow through paperwork and presented an exceptionally valid case to the judge. In the end, I was granted my wishes and my children were safe. I feel that Cortney and her staff performed tremendously well. I highly recommend for family law issues/divorce with minor children.

10 month long child custody battle & modification for full custody

Cortney is the best lawyer. She helped me get full custody of my daughter & before that she got me primary custody of her. Excellent Service

Cortney helped me fight a traffic citation for an alleged violation received when visiting GA from out of state. She handled the entire court process including appearing on my behalf so I didn't have to return to GA.
