Nancy was hired to do a quiet claim deed on property purchased at a tax sale. She told me that she does this type work. She was hired and given a retainer in June 2016. By August 2016 nothing had been done and it took me calling the office repeatedly to get a response. She sent a letter to the heirs and never followed up. I guess she had my money and then did not have time to do the work. I have hired another attorney.
