Absolute BEST Lawyer Around for Warranty and Lemon Law Issues

T. Michael Flinn and his law office is amazing. I had a warranty issue with a vehicle and T. Michael Flinn handled the case with ease. He is very professional. He is extremely responsive. Any time I reached out to him, it didn't matter if it was after hours or not, he usually responded the same day ...and if not the very next morning. He was more than willing to answer any questions that I had. He walked me through every step of the process and reassured me not to worry about the outcome and that I had a strong case. He made the process very easy also. He got me every penny that I deserved and be honest he was able to get me more than I expected. He never once brushed me off or made me feel as if I didn't matter. I have had to deal with a lawyer in another situation dealing with a vehicle accident and I can tell you that the difference between the 2 were night and day. I would give T. Michael Flinn and his law office 100 stars if I could. The other lawyer that I dealt with would get 0 stars. It almost felt like the other lawyer was working for the other side and not me. I most definitely did not have that issue with T. Michael Flinn and his law office. There was never any doubt at all that he was on my side from the very beginning. T. Michael Flinn and his law office I would recommend to anyone that has any kind of warranty issue or lemon law issue. He is by far the best lawyer you will ever find to handle your case.

Helped me avoid formal lemon law case

I had an issue with a car and Michael's advice helped me come to a resolution with the dealership. He was always quick to respond with concise and easy to understand information.

Best Salvage Title Lawyer !!

Attorney Flinn gets the job done PERIOD ! Without a doubt I would hire him again I recommend him to anyone who experience used car dealership salvage title fraud. He digs deep into the roots of your case. He constantly keeps you up to date with your case thru email or text. he won my case without me ...stepping in to court. I can’t say that with most lawyers around the west metro area. I got my money back from what I invested in my truck and more I can’t be more thankful of what he can do. He is truly a gifted lawyer

There are not enough star ratings here for Michael Flinn

Michael call me back for a consultation on a problem I am having with a local car dealer in Duluth not refunding the Gap insurance and warranty we did not want when they had told us we could cancel it out by calling them the next day. He was honest, told me what I needed to do on my part to make the ...dealer resolve the issue in a consultation. He let me know that by law the company that holds the Gap Insurance and warranty will cancel upon demand of the buying customer and issue a refund to our lien holder. Many lawyers would of brought you into their office to just file a suit when he had the very answers I needed without taking it that far. This is an honest and forthright attorney that I instantly have the deepest respect for. If I ever know of anyone in the future needing an attorney for such cases he is the only man I will recommend. Thank you again Michael

Highly Recommended

First off I would like to graciously thank Mr. Flinn and his team. I was involved in a shady car brokers deal and couldnt find my way but Im glad I had someone to help me. Mr. Flinn got to know me personally which I think is a must on client lawyer relations. He and his team then went full throttle ...not knowing the outcome of the case, but they had my back anyway. The whole step of the way they stayed in contact with me to let me know I was still in their best interests. Everytime the opposing party would try to weasel their way out of this Mr. Flinn made sure it wasnt happening and in the end We reaped the benefits and i and greatly appreciative for him and his team. Thank you much and God Bless
