My husband and I needed a lawyer for a civil lawsuit and approached Mr. Noel Benedict in the matter of the automobile case. We needed representation for a civil suit. I know I gave him a full star rating, but he deserved it. I've dealt with lawyers off and on over the years to help with issues between the state and I over disagreements on what is an appropriate speed limit. So, I am used to the run around and sideways answers most lawyers give. Don't get me wro...ng that's what we all look for in a lawyer, but we want them to be like that with the other guys not with us. This last year I got hurt at work (I do heavy lifting) because some safety measures were left off. Long story short, the company tried to give me a run around with my workers comp. Mr. Benedict came recommended by a friend so I decided to give him a shot. Let me tell you, it was nice to actually have a lawyer sit down and tell you exactly what kind of case you've got. He shoots from the hip, and he doesn't lead you around with false promises like the other guys. We had to go to court because my company would back down. He's sharp and quick in court, and we had the whole thing in the bag pretty much instantly. Straight talker with clients and smooth in court. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do I will pick him.
