Poor communication and won’t Refund

This has been the worst experience ever. I came to her last December to get an increase in my child support. Then in March when Covid hit they went missing. No updates! Finally in August I requested a refund for the difference in the retainer which was $1700. There was no replies to my emails or pho...ne calls. Finally spoke to her assistant Devon and he was no help. He told me that he had other more important cases they were working on and he will get to it when he can. September he finally requested to be removed from case. They were officially removed in October and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve called them 3 times a week and get no call back or response to emails. I was forced to contact the Bar association which is still a process with Covid. I forgot to mention she filed a paternity case for visitation and child support. Paternity was already established as well as child support I just needed an increase. I am a single mother and took out a loan to pay her and now they refuse to refund me. She pretends to care in the beginning but she doesn’t. I have paid almost $1800 in fees for nothing. Now a new lawyer has to file for the correct type of case.They don’t return calls, emails and her assistant is Rude!!! Please beware of this Law Firm.

I'm a Father with Custody and I'm so thankful

After close to a year being in and out of court, I have custody. The mother and her family lied in court, but Ms. Herron kept me calm and had already prepared me for the hearing. It was a hard year fighting for custody and 8 hours in a hearing was hard but the Judge gave me custody and child suppor...t. Ms. Herron kept telling me from day one that fathers can get custody. I'm a believer now, buddy.

Money Well Spent

17 hours ago I am not from Atlanta, but desperately needed a lawyer to represent me in a child support/custody case. Like many of you, I searched on line and decided to go with Attorney Herron due to some of the reviews I read. After meeting with her, I was still a little unsure. Because of her hour...ly rate, I started to search around more, but time was of the essence. I am now so glad that I decided to go with her. BEST MONEY I've ever spent. Attorney Herron was able to get me custody time with my son. Thanks to her, I now get summer time, spring breaks, weekends and holiday's. I watched her at court work her magic at the first and only trial. She was so good that one was all it took. Hire attorney Herron, you can't go wrong!

She is the one

Ms.Herron was my voice through my case. I didn't know the outcome of my case but Ms.Herron made sure everything was in order and that I receive the right amount of child support for my daughter. She was very responsive and very professional. I highly recommended Ms.Herron and your team.

It's over!!

During my divorce my Husband refused to agree to any of my terms. We went to Court and Ms. Terri got me child support and three years of alimony. I was able to keep custody of my boys too. I like that she doesn't tell you what you want to hear. She gives it to you real. Sometimes I could take it... and sometimes I couldn't, but she never steered me wrong and I hate to say it, but she was always right. I know she probably was tired of me calling her with all my questions all the time, but she never made me feel stupid for asking questions. My family was so impressed with her that my Dad invited her to dinner with us after the hearing. This divorce was the hardest thing I've done, but with Ms. Terri and my family and friends, I made it through.
