Beyond happy right now

She is very professional and knows her stuff. You can tell she loves what she does. My sister found her and initially spoke with her. We both went in for the consultation and appreciated everything about her. My wife was trying to get me out the house until the divorce was finalized and she wante...d me to pay alimony. Bottom line my wife got nothing she asked for at the temporary hearing. I left out the court feeling better than blesses to have Terri.

It's over!!

During my divorce my Husband refused to agree to any of my terms. We went to Court and Ms. Terri got me child support and three years of alimony. I was able to keep custody of my boys too. I like that she doesn't tell you what you want to hear. She gives it to you real. Sometimes I could take it... and sometimes I couldn't, but she never steered me wrong and I hate to say it, but she was always right. I know she probably was tired of me calling her with all my questions all the time, but she never made me feel stupid for asking questions. My family was so impressed with her that my Dad invited her to dinner with us after the hearing. This divorce was the hardest thing I've done, but with Ms. Terri and my family and friends, I made it through.

Utterly Amazing!!

Ms. Herron handled my divorce 5 years ago. I called her up again because my ex-husband stopped paying child support. My ex-husband had a great lawyer and was known for throwing curveballs. With her intimate knowledge of the other attorney, she was able to prep my case. The moment she arrived at ...the courthouse, my ex-husband attorney wanted to speak to her before the judge called our case (asking to dismiss/settle), and Ms. Herron laid the law DOWN. She rattled off numbers, how many times we attempted to settle, how many times we have gave a continuance, and now they wanted to wait last minute to provide any documents. In my mind, I was shouting..."you tell him." I felt like it was a scene out the movies. Judge asked Ms. Herron to explain the case, and she did it so smoothly. She even explained their attempts to prolong the case and my mistakes. The other attorney just sat there---speechless. She laid out my case so well. Judge turned to the other attorney and asked if they could refute any of items stated and they couldn't and she ruled in the best interest of the child. The only question the judge asked me "Is everything your attorney stated is true"--I didn't need to explain or provide any more details to the Judge. I walked out of court with an increase in my monthly child support, payment plan for the back child support, and the first of three purge payment was due in 30 days and I was even awarded back alimony (which I wasn't even asking for because I just wanted the child support) I didn't know whether to hug Ms. Herron, kiss Ms. Herron, or shout for joy---I did all three! I was an emotional wreck before court, and when I walked out I was shedding tears of joy! Ms. Herron was phenomenal. I could've asked for a better attorney. She is very honest, great listener, humble, and fights for her clients. She gives the best advice, uses her expert judgment and experience to truly explain the case to client as well as the Judge. Truly phenomenal!!!

ALIMONY ----CK PLEASE!! AWESOME

After interviewing 10 lawyers, choosing Ms. Herron to represent me was the first easy choice I made during the divorce process. During my intial consult, she answered majority of my questions without me having to ask (and I came prepared with tape recorder and list of questions). She kept me informed... throughout the entire process and always answered my rentless calls. I had been a stay at home wife/mother for 2 years and i wanted to make sure my husband knew he would have to pay alimony and CHILD Support. WIth Ms. Herron help, he (my husband definately knew i wasnt playing). There are NO hidden fees. (as you search, you will see some lawyers charge extra for faxes, emails, phone calls) She is very upfront about the strategy and will avoid going to court to help save money.
