I filed an affirmative Asylum when I arrived here in the United States, which the USICS officer denied and referred me to the Immigration Court for removal process because my permission had expired. The lawyer who helped me at this point backed out and I had to hire a second lawyer whose charges were... so expensive that left me with huge debts and agony, his reasons being that my case was too bad and he needed to work more. Even with the huge amount paid he could not guarantee any success. Eventually my case with the immigration court also was denied and I was ordered to be removed. We went through BIA and I kept on fighting for my life and family's survival. At this point, the attorney demanded for more money despite my financial situation and refused to go on with my case if all payment was not made upfront, then I had few days to either file a motion with the immigration court or leave the country. I tried hiring other lawyers but was unable to get an affordable one. Everyone I went to turned down my case for either insufficient time to file the motion or was demanding huge amount of dollars. At this point I lost hope and was preparing for the worst. In the process, I contacted Victor Okeke. Esq who had compassion and picked up my case despite the time constraints. Wow! What can I say about Victor, yes l called him by Victor because he treated me like family the moment I met him for a consultation. I contacted Victor in reference to a ...Notice of Intent to Revoke(NOIR) my original approved I130 Petition that I filed on behalf of my husband from USCIS. Unfortunately, my husband had an interview with the US Embassy in Ghana and was denied because the consular felt our marriage was a shame for immigration purposes only. We were so devastated that the consulate felt our marriage wasn't real. We knew that our case had some challenges due to age gap, multiple marriages and Ghana being a high fraud country. With that said, choosing an experienced attorney that specializes in difficult immigration cases was paramount to us. After Victor submitted the rebuttal, we were reaffirmed within 3 weeks. I truly believe we were approved so quickly because of the "Class A" rebuttal and packet that Victor submitted. I called a ton of attorneys before I spoke to attorney victor ..the 1st time I talked to him I knew that he was so knowledgeable and not expensive like most out there ..feelings first facts follow that's him he would let me talk and listen to me and help me as much as he could he gave me a 2nd life w...ith the uvisa. He did everything so perfectly and in a timely fashion he will take that extra mile to just make it happen for someone he doesn't know. Excellent service and great results .
