Worst lawyer i ever worked with
I had the same experience as this person with this lawyer years back it was the same exact scenario I hired this person to represent me in a child custody case. He clearly does not care about his clients well being. I am going to file a complaint against him to the GA BAR . Mr McClurg has a pattern h...

A fathers advocate ........update
I recently used Chris to help me legitimate and get joint custody of my toddler son. This was not a easy case by any means considering the history between myself and my child’s mother. Chris knew exactly what I wanted and then went out there and was able to get it for me . From the start this cas...

Deceitful and total disregard.
I hired this person to represent me in a child custody case. He clearly does not care about his clients well being. I am going to file a complaint against him to the GA BAR . Mr McClurg has a pattern he uses to acquire your case and a tactic to withdraw from your case leaving you with no servic...
Divorce and custody cases are unquestionably the most difficult cases a lawyer can handle. They are often fraught with many complicated issues, such as substance abuse, career struggles, emotional/mental health issues, infidelity, etc. many of these are not "legal" problems, and not solved by such a case. I RARELY withdraw from cases. And seldom is it because of non-payment (in fact, I take many reduced fee or pro bono divorce cases). It is usually a last choice, due to client's violation of standing orders, no-cooperation with discovery, and failure to follow legal advice. I'm saddened by this client's review, but I take my representation of these cases very seriously.

I hired Chris McClure he said he was going to fight for me instead he did nothing for me. He was unprofessional and rude. His office was telling information to the oppose party. Chris left me out to dry. My Ex-wife was Severe Bio-Polar and taking 6 different type of drugs and he told me in court tha...

Confident, Just Advocate
Chris McClurg quickly resolved my matter with tenacity and put me at ease in mediation. He clearly knows the law inside and out and I am hoping to retain him in the immediate future for any legal needs I have.
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is a very skilled litigator in both criminal and civil cases. I have had cases with Chris in the past and he has always represented his client to the fullest and did all he could to protect his client's rights. Chris knows the law and he knows how to fight for his clients."
"I have known Chris personally and professionally for years. He is one of the most fearless and imposing attorneys I know. His intellect is unmatched and he can always seem to find an angle on a case that will cut the feet out from under an opponent. Oppose him at your own risk."
"I have known Mr. McClurg since back before I even knew I wanted to be a lawyer. Mr. McClurg is a very talented and skilled trial attorney, he has helped and mentored me on many occasion. His advice has always been warmly received and is almost always useful. I, T.W., endorse this lawyer."
"Chris is an exceptionally strong advocate for his clients. He's very well versed in the law, and fights the hard fight for his clients. He has tremendous experience, and has my full endorsement."
"Chris' zeal and advocacy define legal tenacity. His clients truly benefit from his keen understanding of the law and the nuances thereof - nuances most other lawyers routinely overlook. Chris is consistently looking for every advantage for his clients. The sheer depth of Chris' compassion for his clients and their needs is astounding. He never leaves any stone unturned in his quest to find remedies to his clients' complex legal issues. If you are considering an attorney for any legal concern, I highly recommend that you hire Chris McClurg."
"Mr. McClurg is very professional in handling his clients' cases and in working with opposing counsel. He is fair and reasonable in his negotiations and represents his clients' interests to the best of his abilities."
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris and I have worked together on several cases and he brings to each matter a wealth of experience, keen legal insight, and tireless advocacy for each client. Recently, we handled a personal injury case which settled, without the need for a trial, for $200,000.00, which also meant that our client did not have to go to trial and re-live a horrible experience all over again. As a C.P.A. and a licensed Georgia attorney, as well as previous experience working for a Fortune 500 company, Chris brings his unique education, experience, and practical solutions to each legal matter and for each client. He is always glad to proceed to trial, but realizes that a trial is not always in a client's best interest. Chris has also been lead counsel with me on several other types of cases, such as family law, probate, business, criminal defense, and appellate. In each case, Chris has brought his unique insight and energy to bear for the good of our clients."
"Chris does outstanding work for his clients. He has a keen sense for strategy and knows the law. Chris takes assertive positions in court, and applies unique perspective on cases. I strongly endorse him."
"I endorse this lawyer. Chris is an absolutely fearless attorney who isn't afraid to represent clients, no matter the circumstances. I've worked with Chris, and against Chris, and can recommend him without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. I worked with Chris on a guardianship matter. He did an outstanding job for his client and I would be quite happy to refer work to Chris in the future."
