She will fight hard for you

I went to see a lot of attorneys to make sure I could find the right one that could handle my case. Unfortunately, in many cases, it is challenging for the noncustodial parent to get additional time outside of every other weekend. Some attorneys said I had no chance of getting more time and I should ...not even try. The other parent was fighting hard to prevent me from getting additional time and trying to take my rights away. Christa was very passionate about doing whatever she could to get me more time while maintaining my final decision making rights. Christa was very responsive to any question that I had and walked me through everything to make sure I understood the next steps. She handled herself very well in the courtroom and did well countering statements that were raised. The judge awarded me additional days with my son and I maintained all the rights that I had previously. I am so thankful for everything that Christa did on this case.

I'm so blessed to have Mrs. Kirk represent me

Prior to meeting Christa, I had a consultation with another top attorney in Gwinnett County and I did not feel confident at all. He just didn't seem to care and I felt rushed the entire time. Then I came across Avvo and read the reviews on Mrs. Kirk. What made me choose her was the review that a pr...evious client wrote about her being very caring and compassionate- I am so glad I did because caring and compassionate is exactly what she is. She fought for me as if she were in my shoes. I suffered so much stress and anxiety from my ex trying to fight his child support order by trying to get custody of my children, telling lies and constantly harassing me. Mrs. Kirk is very knowledgeable and always made me feel confident. She helped to ease alot of my stress by just being there for me any time I needed her advice. She's helped me in so many ways I cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend her, you'll be so glad you've chosen her.

She made me feel really comfortable. Before going to her and speaking with other lawyers I was feeling really down about my case and not feeling like those lawyers cared about anything but the money. After speaking with Mrs Kirk I felt releaved and hired her on the spot. She took the time to educate ...me on my case.

Highly rated for a reason

I first came across Christa Kirk a yr and a half ago. I was arrested with a mountain of charges that included aggravated assault and 3+ felonies. I was facing 5 to 10 yrs prison time. Upon research i found she was one of the 3 highest rated for all of Gwinnett county, so i contacted them to see if... they would take my case. From day 1 they put me at ease. She has a way of being a positive, but still a 100% honest. Throughout the process they kept me in the loop through every stage. When it was time to show up, she was extremely prepared. At the end i couldnt of asked for a better outcome.

The Very Best Attorney I've ever come in Contact with! If you want to win your case, you need to Hire Miss Kirk.

My Case was Personal and involved Family Members and was very complicated and Scary for myself and a Family Member. Miss Kirk was referred to me by a Reliable source as being very reasonable and Knowledgeable of my type of case and very comfortable with the court system. From about the second visit ...with her I Quickly found that this was VERY TRUE. From the very first time I met with Miss Kirk she was the absolute Professional , But made me feel comfortable and confident about the possibilities of winning my case. She did not try to mislead me on a 100% win, but did Carefully gather the facts about my case and made me comfortable about moving forward with my case with her. She was very informative about what could or could not happen in my case. She was very easy to get along with and was easy to get InTouch with every time I had a question about my case. Every time either She would or someone on her staff would answer the phone or shortly call me back. She WAS NOT one of those that would never call you back or make you think she was just taking payment and not paying attention to your case. She kept me informed quickly of any change in my case. She also sent me reminders of court dates or changes in dates and also reminded me of things that I may have forgotten to do that would help to make my case stronger and move forward more quickly. Even though my case was a little drawn out she was always there for me when I needed her. She helped to keep me calm and not worry so much ,which I tended to do because of the nature of my case. She remained calm and kept me calm through out my case. But she did not hesitate to Stand up strong every time she needed to in my case. This Case was a very Important case for me and a Loved one. She knew that and took very special attention to it, as I'm sure she does to every case she takes. In the end SHE WON OUR CASE FOR US! For that to her I am Truly Thankful and grateful. If there was ever an attorney that I wanted to Refer to EVERYBODY, Miss Christa Kirk would be the one. She is a great person, a Great Attorney. She Knows the Law and Knows how to win cases. I would recommend her to anybody about any case they may have. If you talk to her first about your case , you wont have to talk to anyone else about it, Because You'll Know Miss Kirk is the one for the Job.
