Biography
Samuel J. Siemon is the founding partner of The Siemon Law Firm, P.C. Sam practices both family law and criminal defense. Oftentimes, these two areas of law overlap and it is beneficial for the client to have one attorney well versed in both areas. Sam received his business degree from Flagler College in Florida and his juris doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University. Sam is a past President of the Forsyth County Bar Association and past Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Forsyth County Bar Association. As a member of the local Bar, Sam serves as the liaison to the Forsyth County Chamber of Commerce. He is also a proud member of the Lanier Forsyth Rotary Club and the Jaycees of Forsyth County. Sam is an active member of the Atlanta Bar Association, Family Law and Criminal Defense sections. Sam has also volunteered his time representing indigent persons through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation. When he is not aggressively representing his clients, Sam, an instrument rated, private pilot, enjoys flying with his family.

False info, poor counsel. Do not hire!

Replied last November 03, 2016This review was an effort to to stop us from collecting unpaid fees. This client was very happy with our services and signed a settlement agreement in his divorce over a year before this review was posted. He made it very clear after the divorce that he was happy with our services and even said on multiple occasions that he was going to pay his bill because he really wanted to be able to use us if he had any trouble in the future. After a year, he had not made any payments on his bill and had stopped returning our calls. Once we sued him he posted this review in an attempt to force us to withdraw the lawsuit. UPDATE: Unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue of unpaid fees with this client and were forced to proceed with a court hearing yesterday. At the hearing this client was given a full opportunity to present the court with all of his complaints and concerns. After hearing every concern from this client, the court ruled in favor of The Siemon Law Firm and awarded us all of the money owed to us plus interest and court costs. This is the first time in the history of our firm that we have taken such drastic measures against one of our clients and it truly pained us to do so. Unfortunately this was a special case where these actions were justified.
