I have been a practicing trial attorney for over 35 years since graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law. I am licensed to practice in both South Carolina (1989) and North Carolina (1996).

As a former Registered Nurse (RN), I understand complex injury. And as a former insurance defense lawyer, I understand how adjusters value and negotiate settlements. Criminal Law / DUI / DWI - We focus our firm's criminal practice on DUI, DWI, and felony DUI cases. In criminal cases, the State has the entire burden of proof, and we make sure they can prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If there are problems with their case, we negotiate or try to get your case dismissed. In DUI cases, the penalties for even a first time offense are extremely harsh and have permanent consequences. This is why I have obtained the same training as police on DWI Investigation and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing. Zac Fry is a former SC DUI prosecutor, and Mr. Reeves has 30 years trial experience in both criminal and civil courts. After we review your case, we sit down and go over your options. We answer your questions and give you our advice so that you can make the best decision for you and your family.
