I began interviewing attorneys & after 5, God led me Tom & Lori. Tom patiently listened as I explained my whole situation. His compassion is sincere-which I don’t think I have to tell you is a rare thing in attorneys. He answered all my questions, sometimes twice...he understood the stress of divor...ce and especially the emotional toil it takes on you when children are involved. Tom was straight forward & honest in regard to the probability of outcome. He didn’t make promises to “win my business”. He was always very matter of fact & advised me of possible pit falls & how to best prepare for filing for divorce. He clearly explained his billing and the average cost and gave an estimate of how high the cost COULD go. This helped immensely as I saved money and helped me make the most of the time I had during appointments. Not knowing what your budget maybe- I can say that his rate is by FAR the most affordable at this time (2019). He is worth every penny. And now with my outcome I can say he is worth TWICE what I paid. Now...let’s move on to Lori, his paralegal. If you are searching for an attorney I encourage you to not only hire an attorney you believe will best to serve you in court...but realize that their support staff can make them or break them. Their paralegal works just as hard as your attorney & they will likely be your first point of contact. Lori is a spit fire. And trust me you WANT that! Her wisdom and dedication to their clients is inspiring. She is well seasoned in the family court in’s & out’s. She is practical, compassionate, honest and did I mention hard working?!?! She always has your best interest in mind & what’s best for your pocket book! Both she and Tom were easy to contact through the entire process. After hours ? Yes, they’re available- & they let you know the cost of after hours counsel. There were no surprises in billing. I cannot day enough positive things about Tom and Lori. I’ll simply state that they have been a blessing to myself & children. I recommend you call them TODAY.

Good ol'boy in the southern network who works slow, over promises and under delivers in regards to court dates/follow up/info. Told me almost a half a year ago papers would be served and my divorce would gave a final date. That was 2017...its now 2018 and I guess Mr. Holland is too busy starting his... own practice rather than following up with the clients who have retained him and are awaiting action from him in order to get on with their lives. Worthless....

I do not have enough good things to say about Tom and his paralegal, Lori. They were both very compassionate about my divorce and helped tremendously in seeing that I was able to get what I should have in end. I never had to worry about not receiving a call back or an email. Both Tom and Lori always... kept me "in the loop" regarding what was going on with my case. If you want someone who will work with you in many ways, please give them a call. You will feel that you have gained new family members in the end! I sure did!!
