I am an attorney practicing labor and employment law with nearly 25 years experience representing employers and management, as well as carefully selected individuals in all aspects of labor and employee relations and all civil rights statutes. Daily counseling of Human Resources and operational staff in personnel issues. Trial and appellate experience before federal administrative agencies, and State and Federal courts. Collective bargaining and Arbitration.
Specific experience in union avoidance and representation of companies before the NLRB; litigation of discrimination charges before the EEOC and federal courts; and pro-active counseling to mitigate risk to avoid litigation in the first place. I also counsel employers, and executieves, on employment agreements, non-compete provisions, and enforcability of both.
