Prior to founding Browning & Long, Howard was an Assistant District Attorney in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte), North Carolina serving on both the Misdemeanor and Drug Prosecution Teams. As a former Assistant District Attorney, Howard prosecuted thousands of criminal cases from speeding tickets and DWIs to trafficking in heroin and therefore, Howard is aware of all the potential defenses that may be available to you. Howard prides himself on being a trial lawyer and will use his experience to protect your rights in court.
