Alimony reduction/ back alimony settlement
Jason did an amazing job in showing the court that I could no longer afford my outrageous alimony payment and that I was unable to make a large lump sum settlement on back alimony. Thanks to him I am able to have a normal lifestyle! He is a consummate professional and I would highly recommend that you retain his services.

Make the call...
I received speeding ticket going 81 in a 60. After doing research I realized anything 15 mph over can come with some serious consequences and a court appearance. I decided to call Jason Witt and I'm glad I did. I simply paid my $150 and he said he would take care of it. i sent him my citation and I heard from him a week later saying he got it reduced to improper equipment which is no points on insurance or DMV. I then paid my $263 fine and that was it, no court appearance. Any ticket will most likely be expensive but the $150 was well worth not having to appear in court and/or worry about points or loss of license. Jason was professional, easy going, and most importantly, effective. I would recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in similar a situation.

Jason Witt has been very helpful with getting my expungment processed in Mecklenburg County. he responds on short notice and is an expert on the process. His fees are very reasonable as well.

Traffic violation
Jason helped me immediately even though I never met him. I called him and he handled everything for me reducing my violation to improper equipment which kept me from acquiring insurance points and also saved me license points. He took care of everything so I didn't even have to appear in court! He is the Best! If you need a traffic lawyer, call Jason today!

Debt litigation resolved
I consulted Jason Witt in a matter of financial litigation. Jason was efficient and extremely responsive over the course of the case. If I had a question, he responded, even on a weekend. He was able to advise me on how to proceed with debt settlement in a way that was satisfactory to both myself and the creditor. I found Jason to be very skilled on how to negotiate a settlement and how to resolve the case in a very reasonable time frame. I am very satisfied in the way he advised me and negotiated with the creditor and with the outcome of the case. Highly recommended.

Awesome response, on a very short notice!
Mr. Witt was very prompt getting back to me. I was so impressed. We had some miscommunication about handling my son's ticket and pretty much waited until the last minute. Mr. Witt emailed me back at 8:30 at night in response to my question. He spoke with my husband on the phone and made him feel very comfortable. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Great legal advice at a reasonable cost.
I had contacted Jason a few years ago not really knowing if I had made the right choice. Not knowing any attorneys nearby I had been searching the internet for an attorney that could help me with my divorce. I can now say that I definitely made the right decision. Jason has been great to work with and was very flexible in meeting my schedule. We met in person when needed or exchanged emails or telephone calls when a meeting was not necessary. Jason offered very good advise and also anticipated the actions of the opposing attorney to help reach a satisfactory agreement in the end. Jason even advised me of a court date that I didn't even know I had because I was never notified by the courts. Jason helped me a great deal working my way through a difficult time in my life and I would highly recommend Jason to anyone seeking legal counsel.

Couldn't Ask for Better Representation
I seldom do reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case because of the excellent experience I had with Jason Witt. Jason gave me a fair assessment of my case, good and bad, and was extremely cost conscious, making sure I understood what my chances were and the kind of money it might take if my case went to trial. He did a great job of communication and was always quick to respond to my many e-mails and phone calls. In the end he came up with a great solution to my lawsuit, one that saved me thousands in legal expenses and probably took some money out of his pocket. But that's just the kind of attorney he is and the reason I have already recommended him to others and felt compelled to do this review. I don't think you can find better representation.

Very Impressed
Great choice for an attorney- the biggest complaint I have with most attorneys is you can never get ahold of them. Jason is available most of the time and when he is not he is prompt to get back with you. He is currently handling a criminal case (arson) for me and I could not be happier with the way the case has been handled so far. Great guy and great choice for an attorney- I would highly recommend.
